Yes, I'd like to participate in Hevreh's inaugural Mitzvah Day on Sunday, Oct. 19th.

Join us at 9:30 at Hevreh for bagels and coffee before gathering in the sanctuary for Boker Tov Hevreh and the launch of Mitzvah Day. At 10:30, you'll meet with your teams, receive your t-shirts, and head to the project site. We'll gather back at Hevreh at 1 p.m. for pizza and to report back.  

Please fill out the form below for each family member. While each child needs their own registration, children under the age of 14 will be assigned a project with their adult. Children 14 and older can choose to participate in a project independently. Kindly select the top three project choices for each participant. We will be in touch with project assignments the week before Mitzvah Day. Please note suggested ages below.

• Project 1: Kimball Farms Senior Center. Visit residents, play Bingo, and enjoy bagels. All ages.
• Project 2: Great Barrington Land Conservancy (GBLC). Volunteers will weed, cut invasives, rake, refurbish benches, and help with general maintenance of the GBLC Riverfront Trail. All ages.
• Project 3: People's Pantry. Transport food donations, sort and stock the shelves. Ages 6 and up.
•  Project 4: Caring Committee at Hevreh. Decorate canvas tote bags and make cards to be gifted to those in need of care. Ages 5 and up.
• Project 5: Clean up at Hevreh. Help clean Hevreh's wetland areas between the 2nd and 3rd parking lot. We'll cut, pull, and remove plant material. No gardening experience necessary. Ages 12 and up.
• Project 6: Breaking Bread. Help prepare food for Breaking Bread Kitchen. Ages 10 and up.
• Project 7: Claire Teague Senior Center. Empty and organize storage sheds that hold adaptive equipment for elders. Ages 8 and up.
